A student of critical theory, I have always been excited by gaining insight on the systems of thought and social circumstances that have more impact on our daily lives then we may be consciously aware of.

My Approach

We all live our lives in habitual ways. We live out unconscious societal and familial patterns. We become reactive towards life due to habitual exposure to circumstances and events that are well beyond our control. We become so habituated to certain ways of living and viewing the world that we completely lose awareness of the fact that it's we who are living out the very perspectives and behaviours we seek to be free of. Feelings and experiences appear to be happening to us rather then through our participation in them. Most people are deeply unaware of what they are doing that is running so much interference between them and a life they truly want to live. My mission is to give my clients more awareness of how they actively participate in the exact perspectives, behaviours and conditioned patterns of living that they seek to change. I want to help you learn to see yourself and your world in a brand new light.
